Leven periodically makes use of his accounting abilities to assist music organizations, previously serving as treasurer for the Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra and University of Mary Music Student Organization. Leven has studied composition with Dr. Evan Ware, Dr. Jay Batzner, Dr. José-Luis Maúrtua, Dr. Lisa Bost-Sandberg, and Dr. Thomas Porter. Leven’s compositions are published by Owl Epidemic Music.

Leven Zuelke (b. 1990) is a composer and vocalist based in Lansing, Michigan. Leven holds a Master’s in Music Composition from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. Leven has written for a variety of ensembles, including choir, wind ensemble, mixed chamber ensemble, saxophone quartet, brass quintet, string quartet and quintet, orchestra, and solo pieces for various instruments.
